On Monday I was hired to be makeup artist for Patrick Christophers "Blame it on me" video. This hot Canadian artist is working hard on making a name for himself and it seems to be paying off. He is set to hit the stage with Shawn Desman at the end of this month. And if you havent heard of him yet, I am sure you will see much more of him this summer.

G-dot Solo already has more than 70 videos under his belt. Working with artist such as Sese, JRDN and Devon Tracy he is now also the official video producer for Worldstar Hiphop Canada.
At 10AM in the morning, I met up with Patrick and G-Dot in Niagara, 50 stories high above the falls, in an amazing penthouse presidential suite.
While the crew was setting up I got a chance to snoop around...
With its black and white decore, fire places, plasma screens, multiple bathrooms and jaccuzzies it felt more like a luxury condo.
With no time to sit back and relax, I got straight to work.
The video's leading lady was none other then video Vixen/Dancer/Instructor Angela Mahoney. Known for dancing backup for Katty Perry and starring in videos for Neverest, JD Era and Kardinal Official, she was a perfect choice for this video
Keeping her makeup simple and the hair loosely curled for the first part of the shoot, Angela was ready in minutes. The first scene took place in the living room. I couldnt help but notice that Patrick and Angela make the cutest couple. They made the scenes look so realistic.
For the dinner scene I transformed Angela from day to night with shades of yellow gold and red. While Patrick looked super cute in his stripe shirt and tie.
The crew transformed the dinning room into a romantic dinner for two.
For the final scenes, Patrick filmed some solo scenes in the bedroom, while I got Angela ready for the last scene of the night.
The reason why Angela looks so sad is because the video ends with a suprising twist. But im not going to give away all that just yet. Instead, your going to have to wait and see for yourself!

I know the video is going to be HOTT...I cant wait to see the finished product.
As for Patrick Christopher? He is performing May 8th in Hamilton at Casbah with Peter Jackson.. On the 28th of May, catch him in Montreal at the Telus Theatre performing with Shawn Desman. Rumour has it Angela Mahoney will be one of his backup dancers!!.
