Backstage at the Ridikulus Kouture fashion show

This weekend I worked backstage at Rodrick Burke's Ridikulus Kouture fashion show and did you ever Miss it! Already a popular brand in the US, the brand has finally made it to our side of the border.

Dave Reid of Styles International definetly pulled out all the stops, to insure that this was "The Event of the year".

Backstage was crowded with more then 15 models, stylists, makeup artists, body-painter, hosts, photographers and crew members.

Rodrick wanted all of the models to have smokey eyes and nude lips. Check out the work I did on these lovely's!

When I finally completed the makeup on all of my models, I got to sneak a peak at the male models getting ready in the front room (can you blame me??)

 After I got over my distraction(s), I got a closer look at all of the Rikikulus Kourure clothes. From short shorts, corsets, embroidered jeans to stretch T-shirts, Rodrick Burke has something for everyone. (his Corsets are amazing!!)

After hours of prep time the models finally hit the stage, and they ripped the hell out of that runway!

 Models like Eva-long legs and GoFash.com host Charlene had the crowd screaming their name.

The Ridikulus Kouture show was..Ridikulus! I had an amazing time, and I got to hang out with the GoFash team as well.

 They were all there to capture every minute of it. Aisha rocked a show stopping hairstyle, and Charlene looked fierce in her cat suit.

Hercules and Shavar were their usually funny selfs, acting a fool for my spy cam.

And although I requested numerous time for host/model Troy to remove his clothes in slow-motion for the camera..he kindly refused..(Sorry girls I tried!)

What is GoFash?

GoFash is an online interactive magazine, launching soon. Yet it has already created loads of buzz on the fashion scene. It will be the go-to place for all things fashion. I'm not sure if im suppose to be giving this info away just yet....but I have already seen some previews, and I am excited to see what they have to offer.
